Returning Wholesale Customers: Use the Login/Out link to sign in. Enter the user name and password you chose when you signed up.

If you only see tubes available for an item, it means that we are out of bulk bags for the moment. You can add out-of-stock items to your Wait List and you will be notified as soon as they arrive.

Bead Shop Owners: As of September 18th, all our Miyuki beads are now available in retail-ready hang tubes. Look for the "TB" prefix and note the quantity discounts for 3+ tubes per color. If you place a very large order for these, please allow an extra day for processing.

New Retail Customers: Creating an account is optional. You may shop first and create an account later, or checkout without ever creating an account.

FAQ and TIPS:

How do I save my basket?-->Items will remain in your basket for 90 days. After 90 days they are automatically deleted. Please remember that adding items does not reserve them, so if you wait days or weeks to complete your order, some items may be sold out.

Express ordering: If you're re-ordering from a list of our item numbers, go to the correct category or subcategory using the navigation links at the left. Then click on Express Ordering at the top of the page. A new window will open with a list of all available items. Make your selections and click add to cart. Voila! Quick and easy.

Wait List: Any out of stock item can be added to your personal Wait List. Click the item that is out of stock and then you'll see the Wait List link in the availability box. You'll get an automatic email when it arrives.

Wish List: Also called a favorites list. Use it to store items you reorder often. Items can be moved from the Wish List to your basket with one click. And you can now create multiple Wish Lists.
